Set up your agency in 5 minutes

The first five minutes inside Aarca decide how every future client portal will look. Add your studio's logo, set your primary colour, and fill in your contact details — and every project you spin up from here will inherit that identity automatically. You only do this once.

You'll finish this article with your agency profile filled in: logo, brand colour, contact details, and timezone. Every new project will use these defaults so client portals feel like yours, not Aarca's.

Steps

1. Open Settings → Agency from the sidebar.
2. Upload your logo as a square PNG or SVG (recommended: at least 256×256 px).
3. Set your primary colour and your studio's contact email and phone number.
4. Save. Open the demo project to see how your branding now appears on the portal header.
